Mr. Fehr

I would like to take this time to introduce myself. My name is Bill Fehr and I teach 4th grade Language Arts here at Copper Basin K-8 School. This year is my 30th year of teaching. I spent ten years teaching on the Navajo Indian Reservation in northeastern Arizona and seven years on the Gila River Indian Community. I became employed with the Florence Unified School District in the fall of 2004. This is my 13th year in the District. I started at Copper Basin for four years and transferred to Magma Ranch for two years.Ultimately, returning to Copper Basin. In my teaching career, I have taught 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade self-contained classrooms. I have also taught gifted education for kindergarten through eighth grade.

I am originally from the state of Iowa, graduating from Iowa State University with a BS degree in Elementary Education and Agricultural Education. I am an avid Iowa State University fan.  I bleed cardinal and gold. I received my gifted endorsement from the University of Phoenix. In May of 2014, I received my Master of Education Degree in Educational Leadership from Northern Arizona University.
